Child and Youth Care is a field built around relationships\, connection\, and responding to the needs of children\, youth\, families\, and communities. But what do es that work actually look and feel like for the people doing it? CYC Co nnect &\; Reflect is a space for CYC practitioners across Saskatchewan to come together\, connect with one another\, and talk honestly about thei r experiences working in the field. We want to hear what you’re seeing \, what you’re experiencing\, and what you think needs to change. Let ’s talk about it!  \;  \;  \;● What are the biggest cha llenges you're facing in your work?  \;  \;  \;● What keep s you motivated?  \;  \;  \;● Where are you seeing great t hings happening?  \;  \;  \;● What support do CYC practiti oners need right now?  \;  \;  \;● And most importantly – where do we want Child and Youth Care to go from here? This conversa tion is an opportunity to share the realities of the frontline experience\ , exchange ideas with other practitioners\, and reflect on the future of o ur profession. We also want to hear your thoughts about how the Child an d Youth Care Association of Saskatchewan can better support you – whethe r that means creating opportunities for connection and professional develo pment\, developing educational opportunities\, advocating for the field\, or helping build greater recognition of Child and Youth Care across Saskat chewan. Your voice and experience matters. The future of CYC shouldn' t be shaped without the people who are doing the work. Let's connect. Let' s reflect. Let's talk about where CYC is now – and where we want it to g o next!
